The Warehouse, Inventory & Facility Specialist is a multifaceted role responsible for the end-to-end flow of goods and the professional upkeep of our site. You will manage incoming shipments, maintain high levels of inventory accuracy, and serve as the primary point of contact for facility orderliness. This position requires a proactive professional who balances technical ERP/IMS tasks with a "hospitality mindset," ensuring the facility is always clean, safe, and presentable for guests and team members alike.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Receiving & Inbound Logistics

• Receive and verify incoming deliveries against purchase orders and packing lists.
• Inspect goods for damage or discrepancies and report issues to supervisors.
• Create and update items and suppliers within the ERP/Inventory Management System (IMS).
• Label, sort, and route materials to designated storage locations efficiently.

2. Inventory Control & Optimization

• Perform routine cycle counts and lead scheduled inventory audits to ensure 100% stock accuracy.
• Identify and investigate inventory discrepancies, taking proactive steps to prevent future issues.
• Manage stock levels for raw materials, spare parts, and tools to ensure optimal availability.
• Optimize warehouse layout for maximum space utilization and safety.

3. Facility Management & Presentation

• Facility Stewardship: Maintain the overall order and aesthetic of the warehouse and common areas, ensuring they are "guest-ready" at all times.
• Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with the cleaning crew to create and manage daily/weekly checklists; verify that tasks are completed to company standards.
• Organization & Cleanliness: Lead efforts in keeping the facility organized, clean, and labeled, promoting a culture of "a place for everything and everything in its place."
• Waste Management: Oversee responsible waste disposal and recycling processes.

4. Shipping & Quality Assurance

• Accurately pick, pack, and label items for shipment.
• Conduct Quality Assurance (QA) checks on outgoing products and manage rework activities when necessary.
• Coordinate with shipping service providers and prepare all necessary documentation.
