Your mission
Position Summary: The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in supporting our leadership team and office operations. This role requires exceptional multitasking abilities, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic startup environment. You will manage schedules, coordinate travel, maintain office and breakroom supplies, prepare internal and external documents, and assist with presentations and basic budget tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide daily administrative support to the leadership team and cross-functional departments
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries
Maintain office supplies inventory, place orders, and ensure a well-organized workspace
Prepare documents, reports, slide decks, and presentations as needed
Assist with drafting and maintaining budgets, expense tracking, and financial documentation
Support submitting and reconciling expense reports for leadership team
Support onboarding for new employees and maintain company records
Coordinate team events, meetings, and other logistics
Serve as the point of contact for vendors, partners, and visitors
Perform general clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and mail distribution
Help streamline office processes and identify opportunities for operational efficiency
