We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Generalist to support in building and executing our people function. You will play a critical role in supporting recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, employee engagement, compliance, and general HR administration as we scale.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, startup environments and is excited about growing their HR career from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule interviews, coordinate candidate communications, and manage ATS updates, maintain and improve candidate experience at every touchpoint
- Provide employees with essential employment documents including offer letters, amendments, confirmations, and employment verifications
- Maintain organized digital records of employee files and key HR documents
- Support monthly payroll data preparation and coordinate with finance
- Help administer employee benefits, leaves, and reimbursements
- Keep internal records and HRIS systems updated with accurate employee data
- Act as a first point of contact for employee HR-related queries
- Assist in running employee engagement surveys and internal feedback loops
- Support performance tracking and review cycle coordination
- Assist in updating employee handbooks, onboarding guides, and policy rollouts
