Your mission
As a Multi-Disciplinary Engineer, your mission is to provide versatile engineering support across mechanical, electrical, and software-related tasks. You will be a key player in ensuring seamless operations by assisting in the development, maintenance, and optimization of machinery, including 3D printers and production systems. Your broad skill set will enable you to troubleshoot issues, implement improvements, and collaborate with various teams to enhance efficiency and reliability.

Your Role
You will act as a flexible problem solver across multiple disciplines, supporting mechanical design, electrical systems, and software-related tasks. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in mechanical design, assembly, and modifications.
- Supporting electrical troubleshooting, wiring, and small-scale installations.
- Providing basic software support, including machine programming and sensor integration.
- Conducting maintenance and repair tasks to ensure smooth machine operation.
- Optimizing production processes and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborating with engineers, technicians, and operators across departments.
- Developing documentation and assisting in process standardization.
- Ensuring compliance with technical standards and safety regulations.
Your Skills and Experience
- A degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or a related engineering field.
- Broad technical knowledge across mechanical, electrical, and software disciplines.
- Hands-on experience in maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of machinery.
- Basic programming or automation knowledge is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
- Ability to work independently and support various teams as needed.
- Good communication skills and a structured, analytical approach.
