Your mission
Join us at the forefront of industrial innovation. As a Senior DFM Engineer, you’ll lead the industrialization of our next-generation 3D printers—bridging design and production to deliver scalable, robust, and high-performance hardware systems.
In this high-impact role, you’ll own the manufacturability process, from early concept reviews to ramp-up and serial production. Working as part of a tightly-knit, 7-person hardware team, you’ll operate in a fast-moving environment with flat hierarchies and direct access to decision-makers, suppliers, and engineering leads.
You will define the manufacturing strategy from the ground up—setting quality standards, implementing cost-efficient processes, and guiding cross-functional teams across prototyping, sourcing, and production scaling.
