Your mission
The Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Buyer to join our team at our Hamburg location. In this role, you'll handle the procurement of production consumables, prototype components. On top you will play a vital role when it comes to steering our external partners, And you will work closely with different departments to ensure smooth operations. You will also have the opportunity to optimize our ERP system and contribute to the development of internal tools for material planning. While we prioritize on-site presence to foster collaboration, there is some flexibility for working from home.
Key Responsibilities
Manage procurement of production consumables, prototype components and office supplies
Be the main point of contact for all our external suppliers.
Design and operate new procurment initiatives
Oversee inventory control and material sourcing.
Collaborate closely with various departments to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.
Help optimize our ERP system and support the development of internal material planning tools.
Lead supplier management and price negotiations.
Continuously seek ways to improve processes and support company growth beyond the immediate responsibilities.
