Your mission
What you'll do
Clean and prepare 3D-printed shoe components by hand — removing excess material, strings, and surface residue
Follow existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) while helping contribute to making improvements for training and high-quality products
Spot and flag visible defects like cracks, warping, or surface imperfections before they move further down the line
Follow established finishing procedures and meet daily production targets
Keep your workstation clean, organized, and safe
Work closely with the production team to keep things moving smoothly
