3D Footwear Finishing Associate

You'll take freshly printed shoes and get them ready for quality inspection — cleaning them up by hand, removing any excess material, and making sure every component looks and feels right before it moves down the line. This is careful, hands-on work where consistency and attention to detail matter most.

• Clean and prepare 3D-printed shoe components by hand — removing excess material, strings, and surface residue

• Follow existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) while helping contribute to making improvements for training and high-quality products

• Spot and flag visible defects like cracks, warping, or surface imperfections before they move further down the line

• Follow established finishing procedures and meet daily production targets

• Keep your workstation clean, organized, and safe

• Work closely with the production team to keep things moving smoothly

• Safety First - Always have your and our team’s safety as a top priority 

• Steady hands and a sharp eye — you take pride in doing things right and consistently

• Comfortable with repetitive, meticulous hands-on work

• Reliable, organized, and a team player

• Physically able to stay on your feet throughout a shift

• A background in manufacturing, crafts, garments, or any hands-on role is a plus — no degree or technical experience required

• Based in Austin or nearby
