As our Office Manager, you are responsible for the efficient organization of all office processes. Your goal is to provide a stable, well-organized, and functional workspace while continuously identifying opportunities to improve our internal workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Office Operations: Manage incoming mail and deliveries, maintain general order (kitchen and shared areas), and prepare meeting rooms and workstations for onboarding.
Supplies & Inventory: Monitor and order office and kitchen supplies, utilizing subscriptions and automation where possible.
Vendor Coordination: Act as the main contact for external service providers (e.g., cleaning services), ensuring quality standards and cost-effectiveness.
Administrative Support: Handle basic workflows such as employee meal billing, travel management, and digital filing.
Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in daily operations and propose simple, effective improvements to increase productivity.
