Your mission
The Supply Chain Analyst plays a critical role in Zellerfeld’s global operations, supporting the flow of equipment, materials, supplies, and outbound shipments across our fast-scaling 3D print farms. This role bridges inbound and outbound logistics, collaborating with procurement, operations, and leadership teams to drive performance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. The Analyst will also support major logistics initiatives, such as RFPs, transportation projects, and continuous improvement programs to optimize time to serve, cost, and carrier performance.

- Inbound & Outbound Coordination
- Plan and coordinate inbound shipments of equipment, materials, and supplies with vendors and freight partners.
- Manage outbound parcel and bulk shipments globally, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
- Partner with carriers to resolve exceptions, delays, or customs issues.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with procurement, start-up operations, and production teams to align supply chain activities with business needs.
- Support cross-border shipping and Incoterm compliance.
- Assist leaders in executing logistics RFPs and implementing new transportation providers.
- Continuous Improvement & Analytics
- Track and report key supply chain and transportation metrics (time-to-serve, carrier performance, cost-to-serve).
- Identify and execute improvement opportunities in shipping speed, cost, and customer delivery experience.
- Support CI initiatives across inbound, outbound, and farm logistics operations.
- Project Support
- Contribute to supply chain projects tied to global expansion (e.g., new site launches, scaling Austin operations).
- Assist in the rollout of new shipping software, carrier integrations, and automated solutions.
- Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and vendor negotiations.
