You will lead and unify a lean, cross-functional team, acting as the central hub for our software developers, a dedicated Product Owner, and our creative UX/UI designer. Key Responsibilities:
- Project Portfolio Management: Oversee and manage a portfolio of five concurrent software projects from planning and initiation through to execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Planning & Scheduling: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and roadmaps. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with the Product Owner and key stakeholders.
- Resource Coordination: Efficiently allocate our team of six developers and one UX/UI designer across projects, ensuring optimal workload distribution and productivity.
- Agile Process Facilitation: Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure a smooth and predictable development cycle.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the main point of contact for all project-related communication. Provide clear and regular updates on project status, risks, and progress to internal stakeholders.
- Risk & Impediment Management: Proactively identify, track, and mitigate project risks and impediments. Work with the team to resolve blockers swiftly to keep projects on track.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve our project management processes and tools to enhance team efficiency and project predictability.
