As an agile organization, we value close collaboration within our team, which is why we are seeking candidates who can join us at our office in Hamburg, Germany. While a fully remote position is not feasible, we do offer the flexibility of home office days.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement scalable HR strategies, policies, and procedures to support rapid organizational growth and transformation.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts to build a high-performing and aligned team that meets the demands of a dynamic, growing business.
- Design and execute onboarding programs to ensure new hires integrate seamlessly and contribute effectively.
- Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives to nurture a strong, values-driven culture.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on workforce planning, organizational development, and employee-related matters.
- Create and implement training and development programs to empower employees and support leadership growth.
- Optimize HR systems and processes to adapt to changing business needs and drive efficiency.
- Administer competitive compensation and benefits programs aligned with company goals and market standards.
- Manage employee relations, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align HR initiatives with company-wide strategies.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion to build a team that reflects the values and mission of the organization.
- Support change management processes during times of rapid expansion and evolution.
