Your mission
The RoleWe are currently expanding our accounting department and are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant (m/f/d) with in-depth knowledge of German and US accounting law, experience in consolidation in accordance with US GAAP and specific knowledge in the field of e-commerce to start as soon as possible.
As with all our jobs, this one is characterised by diversity and a high degree of creative freedom. You will also work directly with the CFO.
Key Responsibilities- Preparation of monthly, annual and consolidated financial statements in accordance with HGB and US GAAP
- Consolidation in accordance with US GAAP
- Establishment and further development of an efficient financial reporting and analysis system
- Optimisation of booking processes, especially in the e-commerce sector
- Administration and billing of online payment systems (e.g. PayPal, Stripe)
- Monitoring and booking of transactions from various online sales channels
- Processing international sales tax issues in e-commerce
- Implementation and optimisation of automated accounting processes
- Contact person for tax consultants, auditors and internal stakeholders
- Support with the introduction and extended use of our ERP system
- Making accounting at Zellerfeld even more interesting
